The fruits are large, firm, with light pubescence and a pleasant taste. Trees have an upright crown and dark green lanceolate leaves. The variety is self-fertile and well-suited for cultivation in protected cultivation.
The variety has relative winter hardiness, however, the flowers are sensitive to spring frosts, and the wood may freeze in severe winters. Susceptibility to leaf curl is noted. Trees prefer well-drained soils, full sun or partial shade, and wind-protected areas.
The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and the preparation of liqueurs. Bud mutations of the variety occur, producing nectarine-like fruits with smooth skin.
