The variety is the result of a peach breeding program focused on creating specific fruit characteristics. The fruits have white flesh and are of the clingstone type (the pit is difficult to separate from the flesh).
During scientific research, the variety was noted for possessing tolerance to Monilinia fructicola, the causal agent of brown rot. A high fruit cuticle density was also recorded, which is a distinctive morphological feature of this variety.
