The tree is characterized by compactness and a vertical growth habit of the branches, and possesses moderate vigor, winter hardiness, and high productivity. The flowers are large and pink in color. The leaves have small reniform glands.
The fruits are large, slightly elongated in shape, with yellow skin covered by a red blush. The flesh is yellow, and the pit separates well from the flesh. The variety matures after the Early Sungrand variety and shows tolerance to bacterial spot and peach fruit moth.
In regions free from root-knot nematodes, the variety can be used as a dwarfing rootstock.
