The fruits are small, with yellow melting flesh and a pit that does not separate from the flesh. The variety is characterized by pit cracking, which, combined with the small fruit size, limits its use in commercial horticulture.
The variety is mentioned in research papers in the context of susceptibility to Plum pox virus and in breeding protocols when describing the morphology of the pit, which has a flattened shape.
