The rootstock is medium-vigorous and propagates well vegetatively by green and hardwood cuttings. In orchard conditions, trees on this rootstock do not form root suckers, possess good anchorage, and often do not require additional supports.

The plant has high frost resistance and is capable of tolerating various biotic and abiotic stresses. A developed root system, penetrating to a depth of up to 2 meters, provides high drought resistance, while the rootstock also successfully tolerates soil waterlogging and is resistant to a number of pathogens.
