Variety description

The plant forms a dense bush 36–41 cm tall and 46–51 cm wide. Leaves are narrow, dark green, densely covered with silvery spots, and maintain their ornamental value throughout the season.

Flowering occurs in late spring. Buds have a salmon-pink hue, and opened flowers turn a deep blue color. The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew, as well as to damage by rabbits and deer.

The plant is intended for cultivation in shady and semi-shady locations in moderately moist, fertile soils. Suitable for mass plantings, borders, containers, and rock gardens.
