Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 20–50 cm. The main ornamental feature is the almost completely silvery oval leaves with a narrow green border, which persist throughout the season. Flowering begins in early spring, during which the flowers change shade from pink or lilac to blue.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness (zone 3a–8b, down to -40°C) and shows resistance to rust. The plant is intended for shady and semi-shady locations, requiring fertile, moist, and well-drained soil. It is used as a groundcover crop in mixed borders, rock gardens, and borders.
