The tree is of a low-growing type, possessing a broadly rounded or pyramidal crown with well-branched limbs that eventually take on a drooping position. The variety's flowering period is prolonged and resistant to the effects of late spring frosts.
Fruits are small to medium in size, weighing about 160 g, and have a yellow-green skin, sometimes covered with russeting. The yellowish melting flesh possesses juiciness and a wine-sweet taste. The variety exhibits high keeping quality; fruits can be stored until March–April.
The plant is relatively undemanding toward soil and climatic conditions and is capable of growing in foothills at an altitude of up to 700 meters above sea level. On unfavorable sites, it shows susceptibility to scab and the formation of grit cells in the fruit flesh.
