The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a pyramidal crown with thick scaffold branches. The variety is of late-autumn maturity; harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in October. Winter hardiness is rated as medium; flowers are sensitive to spring frosts, while relative resistance to scab is noted.

Fruits are large, weighing 170–450 g, and are broadly ovate or short-pyriform in shape. The skin is greenish-yellow, often with a blush. The flesh is white or cream-colored, buttery, juicy, with a wine-sweet flavor. The variety is for dessert use, suitable for fresh consumption and processing.
