Trees of the Konferans variety are medium-sized, reaching a height of 5–6 meters, and have a conical, dense-foliage crown. The variety is self-fertile; however, cross-pollination with other varieties is recommended to increase yield.

The fruits have a mass of 140–200 g and an elongated bottle-shaped form. The skin is thick, greenish-yellow in color, often with golden-brown russeting. The flesh of the fruits is tender, juicy, buttery, with a pinkish-cream shade, and is distinguished by a sweet taste.

The variety belongs to the autumn maturity group; the harvest is usually carried out from mid-September to early October. The fruits are characterized by good keeping quality, retaining consumer qualities in a refrigerator for up to 3–4 months. The trees show relative resistance to scab and compatibility with quince rootstocks.
