Variety description

The variety is early, the crop ripens in late July — early August. The fruits have a small pear shape, often slightly flattened at the stalk. The main color of the skin is yellowish; on the sunny side, a brick-red blush with small dots may appear.

The fruit flesh is semi-melting, with a sweet and sour taste. The tree has medium to high vigor, forms a highly spherical crown, and begins to bear fruit early. The variety has resistance to diseases, however, the fruits have a short shelf life.

The variety Wilders Frühe is often confused with the variety Frühe aus Trevoux, but it ripens 2–3 weeks earlier and has a characteristic "rusty" coating in the stalk area. Currently, the variety is considered rare and is found mainly in collection orchards.
