The flesh is white, juicy, and crisp, with a mild or moderately sharp taste. The fruits do not coarsen or crack for a long time.
The plant has a compact rosette of dark green leaves, with a total height of 20–25 cm. The variety is characterized by resistance to premature bolting. It is an open-pollinated variety, not a hybrid, which allows for seed saving for further use.
