The Gaudry 3 variety is a selective modification of the Gaudry 2 variety, obtained through selection to improve the plant's appearance. It possesses a taller and more spreading leaf apparatus, and its root crops have a red-violet color, unlike the standard Gaudry 2.
The plant belongs to fast-growing varieties, which allows for the use of the succession sowing method. The root crops are round in shape with a white tip. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and greenhouses, and is intended for fresh consumption.
