The rosette consists of 5–6 upright, finely dissected leaves 18–23 cm long. The root crop is flat-round in shape, dark red in color, and reaches a mass of 20–25 g. The surface of the root crop is smooth; it is fully submerged in the soil during growth.
The flesh is white, juicy and tender, resistant to premature formation of cavities and lignification. The yield of the variety is about 20 t/ha.
