The variety «LUNGO BIANCO CANDELA DI GHIACCIO» is a synonym for a well-known variety that most often appears in international registers under the German name «Eiszapfen». The variety is also grouped with the names Icicle, Ledena svijeća, Chandella de Glace, Blanche Transparente and Ijskegel.
The root crops are white in color and have an elongated, cylindrical shape resembling an icicle.
