Variety description

10 August 2026

Early variety, the period from sowing to harvest is about 30 days. Root crops have an elongated cylindrical shape with a length of 5–6 cm. The skin is of an intense, uniform carmine-red color, thin and tender.

The flesh is white, juicy, crunchy, with a mild taste that is preserved even when grown in the summer period. The variety is characterized by high resistance to pithiness and coarsening of the flesh.

Intended for fresh consumption, in salads and sandwiches; suitable for pickling and marinating; young leaves are also edible. Suitable for cultivation in the open field from March to August and under covers.
