The bush is of medium vigor, with a slightly spreading habit. The variety is characterized as high-yielding but demanding in terms of agronomic practices and growing conditions. The bush ages faster than many other varieties, therefore requiring careful pruning and regular rejuvenation.

The berries are large or very large, black, with fairly thin skin and a weak sheen. In clusters of medium length, the berries are arranged with medium density; their size can be uneven, while ripening occurs relatively uniformly.

The variety is sensitive to moisture deficiency; on sandy soils, the berries may drop. In damp and shady locations, the bushes may be affected by powdery mildew, and on heavy clay soils, they develop poorly.
