The bush is vigorous, reaching a height of 1.4–2 m, and has a compact dome-shaped form with strong upright shoots. The leaves are large, bright green, and wrinkled.
The berries are large with a weight of 1.5–4 g, round, black with a glossy sheen, and gathered in long racemes of up to 20 berries or more. The flesh is firm, greenish in hue, with a sweet-and-sour taste and a wine-like aroma. The berries are suitable for transportation and have a dry abscission.
The variety possesses high resistance to powdery mildew, anthracnose, and columnar rust. The plant is frost-hardy and drought-tolerant, and is not prone to lodging. Usage is universal: fresh consumption and various types of processing.
