The variety forms a strong, compact, semi-spreading or upright bush 90 to 150 cm in height. The berries are large, with a diameter of 1.4–1.8 cm and a weight of 2–4 g, having a deep black color with a matte finish, a distinct aroma, and a sweet-sour taste. The skin is firm, the berry detachment is dry, and they are gathered in long clusters.
The plant possesses good winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -30°C, and is distinguished by stable shoots. The variety is self-fertile, but yields increase in the presence of pollinator varieties. There is conflicting data regarding resistance to powdery mildew; regular irrigation is required during cultivation due to sensitivity to water stress.
