The variety was bred in the GDR around 1975 and was used primarily in scientific experiments studying the physiology of fruiting, as well as the effect of fertilizers on plant development.

Data on the morphological characteristics of the bush, ripening periods, taste qualities, as well as resistance to diseases and pests are absent in available agronomic sources.
