The bush is vigorous, reaching 1.5–1.7 m in height. In youth, the shoots grow upright; later, the bush becomes moderately spreading. Thick non-lignified shoots are green, often with a raspberry-red tint, and lack pubescence. Lignified shoots are straight and gray-brown in color.
Berries weigh 0.6–1.0 g, are round or slightly flattened in shape, and are colored deep red. The pulp contains an average amount of large seeds; the taste is sweet-and-sour. Berry detachment is dry. The berries are suitable for fresh consumption and various types of processing.
The variety is self-fertile, with a late ripening period. Yield is 4–5 kg per bush. It is characterized by high winter hardiness and field resistance to diseases and pests.
