The variety is a summer type, fruiting on previous year's canes, ripening 7–10 days earlier than the Tulameen variety. The plant reaches a height of 100–200 cm, and the canes are covered with a large number of strong thorns.
The berries have a heart shape and a color ranging from medium to dark red, with a sweet taste. The variety demonstrates resistance to root system and stem diseases, in particular to Phytophthora.
The plant is intended for open field cultivation and prefers a sunny location. In terms of firmness, the berries are classified as medium, which limits their use in commercial trade.
