The Mája raspberry bush reaches a height of about 150 cm; shoots of medium vigor do not require mandatory trellising. Fruiting occurs on biennial shoots, with harvesting taking place in the second half of July.

The fruits have a conical shape and medium size, characterized by a shiny surface. As they ripen, the color of the berries changes from bright red to dark red. The taste is characterized as sweet with a slight acidity, with a pronounced aroma.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for processing. Agricultural practices include classic pruning of spent shoots.
