The variety is remontant, fruiting on current-year canes; harvesting begins in August and continues until frost. The bush is medium-sized, compact, 1.5 to 2 meters in height. Shoot formation capacity is below average. Canes have spines; the necessity for tying depends on growing conditions.

The dark red berries have a conical shape and are characterized by a firm structure, sweet-tart taste, and aroma. The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases. The genetic origin of the variety is (Romy × Indian Summer) × Romy.

The variety is of universal purpose, suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, and processing. It can be grown in home gardens and in container cultivation. The variety has become the genetic basis for breeding a number of other popular remontant raspberry varieties.
