The shrub form of the variety is characterized as a vigorous and sometimes rampant type with shoots 2 to 4 meters long. The stems of the plant are equipped with thorns along their entire length; there is a tendency to form dense fruit-bearing growth.

The variety is very early; fruit ripening begins from the end of June or the beginning of July and lasts about 12–14 days. The fruits are medium to large in size, blunt-conical or oval in shape, deep black in color, shiny, with a sweet or sweet-sour taste and a pleasant aroma.

The plant is distinguished by high resistance to frost and typical diseases, often avoiding infection with Botrytis cinerea. It requires the mandatory use of supports; regular spring pruning is recommended to prevent overloading with the crop. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing.
