Variety description

The plant forms dense, compact mounds 20–25 cm in height. The foliage is dark green, deeply dissected, and forms a basal rosette. Inflorescences are 3.5–5 cm in diameter, have a "pincushion" shape, and are colored lilac-blue or bright violet-blue.

Flowering begins in late spring or early summer and continues until frost; a second flush is possible if spent inflorescences are pruned. The variety is resistant to lodging, grey mold, and root rots, and also tolerates heat and drought well. It requires good drainage and does not tolerate stagnant moisture during the winter period.

The variety is efficient to grow and does not require the use of growth regulators. It is intended for creating borders, mass plantings, rock gardens, and container gardening; it attracts pollinators and is suitable for cutting.
