Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms a compact, bushy mound 30 to 60 cm in height. The leaves are grey-green, deeply dissected, and pinnate. The "cushion" type inflorescences are double and have a lavender-blue or light blue hue, positioned on strong, slender peduncles.

The variety has a long flowering period from late spring to mid or late autumn. The plant is winter-hardy and is characterized by high resistance to heat and diseases. It prefers well-drained, calcareous, moderately moist or dry soils, and does not tolerate waterlogging or an excess of nutrients well.

Used as an ornamental garden plant in borders, rockeries, and containers; suitable for cutting. Attracts pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and hoverflies.
