Dańkowskie Diament is a line variety of winter rye. The plants have a medium height and demonstrate good lodging resistance, as well as high resistance to major diseases.
The grain of the variety is distinguished by high bulk density and uniformity, as well as a medium-high thousand kernel weight. The characteristics of the falling number and starch paste viscosity ensure the suitability of the grain for use in the flour milling and baking industry.
