The variety is characterized by a low tendency to flower, which contributes to a long vegetation period as a catch crop. It possesses high lodging resistance and developmental stability, forming significant vegetative mass.

The plant is classified as resistant to beet cyst nematode, which allows for its use to improve the phytosanitary condition of the soil in crop rotations before the cultivation of sugar beet. The variety is suitable for mulch seeding systems, as it has the ability to winterkill during light frosts.
