The fruits of this variety are red in color, flat or slightly flat in shape, including the apical part. The average weight of one fruit is approximately 154.31 g with a diameter of 69.02 mm. The variety is more compact compared to other local varieties, such as «Monforte Grande».

During field trials, the yield of the variety was 7.60 kg/m². The crop is a traditional local variety grown in the Monforte de Lemos region in Galicia, and is valued for its taste qualities.
