The line was obtained through the introgression of resistance genes into traditional Spanish varieties. It is adapted for cultivation during the spring-summer period.

The plant is homozygous for the Tm-2a gene, which provides resistance to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), while resistance to tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) and tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) is absent.

The fruits are of medium size from 70 to 90 g, bell-shaped, and have green shoulders, retaining the organoleptic properties of the "De la Pera" variety. The line does not show a significant yield reduction characteristic of some other breeding lines with additional resistance genes.
