The line was obtained by crossing the traditional Spanish variety 'Muchamiel' with sources of genetic resistance. It is characterized by resistance to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), while not containing resistance genes to tomato spotted wilt virus and tomato leaf curl virus.

Fruits are medium-large, weighing 150–300 g, have a flattened strongly ribbed shape, a multi-locular structure, and red flesh. The produce has a mild flavor and melting texture, while the line's yield is comparable to the indices of the traditional variety.
