The variety belongs to the very early category. Tubers have an oblong or elongated-oval shape, and the color of the skin and flesh is yellow. Dry matter content in tubers ranges from 16% to 21%.

The variety is characterized by good taste qualities, belongs to the culinary type that does not boil soft easily, and is recommended for steaming; it is not intended for frying (French fries). It has poor keeping quality and is not suitable for long-term storage.

Regarding diseases, moderate susceptibility to common scab and low sensitivity to late blight are noted. The variety is often used in breeding programs to improve productivity and earliness of new hybrids, being an ancestor of many modern varieties.
