The plant of the Fazan variety is semi-erect, of intermediate type, characterized by rapid haulm development and row closure, and flowers with white blossoms. Tubers have an round-oval shape, yellow skin, light yellow flesh, and shallow eyes.
The variety has good keeping quality, and starch content varies from 14.7% to 18% and higher. The plant shows resistance to potato wart and potato cyst nematode Ro1.
