The variety is the result of crossing the Agria and COA94019-5R varieties. The growing season is approximately 90 days. The plants show strong development, and the flowers have an intense anthocyanin coloration on the inside of the corolla.
The tubers have a round or short-oval shape with eyes of shallow or medium depth. The variety is resistant to potato virus X and golden potato cyst nematode, shows moderate resistance to common scab and Verticillium wilt, while being susceptible to tuber late blight and potato leafroll virus.
Culinary properties are characterized by a low glycemic index, which is approximately 52. In terms of dry matter, sucrose, and vitamin C content, the variety is inferior to Yukon Gold, but it surpasses it in antioxidant levels. The variety is considered versatile for culinary use.
