Julinka is an early table variety with round-oval tubers, smooth skin, and shallow eyes. The tuber flesh is yellow and belongs to a culinary type with a low degree of disintegration during cooking.
The variety produces an early, high marketableyield. Plants are demanding of soil quality and require uniform irrigation and a sufficient supply of nutrients. Low susceptibility of the flesh to darkening after harvest has been noted.
