The variety is starch-rich and was bred by crossing the varieties Robusta and Flava. The plant is characterized by a tall, upright, highly branchedhabit; flowers are white with a reddish tinge on the underside of the petals.
Tubers are large, round in shape, with yellow skin and light yellow flesh, have medium-depth eyes, and are distinguished by high keeping quality. The variety shows high resistance to late blight on tubers with medium susceptibility to the same disease on the foliage.
