Solanum tuberosum L. Potato · Agricultural · bred by Saatbau Linz OÖ. Landes-Saatbaugen.reg.Gen.m.b.H.

Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early, its vegetation period is from 70 to 90 days. Tubers have an elongated-oval shape, are uniform, with smooth light-yellow skin and light-yellow flesh.

The plant possesses resistance to potato wart and scab, but is susceptible to nematodes and late blight of leaves. Tuber keeping quality is estimated as medium.

Due to the firm, non-disintegrating flesh, the variety is ideal for preparation in boiled form, sliced frying, and use in salads, as it retains its shape after heat treatment. Because of the low dry matter content, the variety is not recommended for the production of chips or French fries.
