The variety was obtained by crossing Arma × Cara. The dry matter content in the tubers is about 22.5%. Flowers are characterized by a high intensity of anthocyanin coloration on the inner side of the corolla.
The variety possesses resistance to golden potato nematode (pathotype Ro1) and late blight of foliage, with moderate resistance to late blight of tubers. Moderate susceptibility to common scab and viral diseases is noted.
The variety is listed in the national registry — its seeds are authorized for sale in this country.
