The plant forms low and rigid haulms, resulting in compact plantings. Tubers are round or round-oval in shape, with smooth yellow skin and very shallow eyes; the flesh is light yellow. Starch content is approximately 12.2–12.5%. The variety is characterized by a short tuber dormancy period and high yield, producing up to 40 tubers per plant.
The variety possesses increased resistance to common scab, potato wart (pathotype D1), and golden potato cyst nematode (Ro1), and demonstrates very high resistance to PVY. Resistance to late blight is assessed as medium. The variety shows low sensitivity to metribuzin after emergence; however, the light sprout is thin and breaks off easily.
Due to the characteristics of the haulms, the variety is recommended for cultivation under plastic covers to obtain an ultra-early harvest (40 days after emergence). Because of the shallow tuber set, a medium planting depth and the formation of appropriate ridges are recommended to prevent greening.
