The variety was obtained in 2002 at the NORIKA breeding station in Gross Lüsewitz. In its morphological traits, the plant is close to the Yukon Gold variety and is capable of reaching a height of about 100 cm.
This variety is classified as a table potato and is distinguished by good marketable characteristics. During variety trials, high resistance to scab infection was recorded.
