Tubers of the variety are large, round, with yellow rough skin, prone to forming surface scab. The flesh has a light yellow color. The variety belongs to culinary type B-A (slightly floury).
During storage, tubers are prone to active sprouting and greening when exposed to light. The variety is characterized by hypersensitive resistance to the necrotic strain of potato virus Y (PVYNTN), however, it is susceptible to Rhizoctonia.
