The Venta plant is compact, of medium height, and blooms with light violet flowers. Tubers are large, round, with eyes of medium depth. The flesh does not darken or disintegrate during boiling, which allows the variety to be classified as a salad type.

The variety possesses resistance to potato wart, blackleg, viral diseases, and scab, with moderate resistance to late blight and susceptibility to nematodes. The variety is suitable for all soil types, is characterized by drought tolerance and good storage performance.

Marketability of tubers reaches 95%. The variety is recommended for early consumption and can be used in organic farming provided that the seeds are pre-sprouted.
