The variety is the result of crossing RZ-85-238 and Obelix varieties. Tubers are characterized by smooth skin and shallow surface eyes. Starch content can reach 22.5% depending on cultivation conditions.
The plant possesses complex resistance to diseases, in particular to foliage and tuber infection by late blight. The dormancy period of the variety is medium; when stored for over 7 months, a tendency to sprout may be observed.
