The variety belongs to the early-maturing group, sometimes characterized as early-mid-maturing. The vegetation period is 90–100 days. The plant possesses resistance to lodging and grain shattering, as well as good drought tolerance.

The variety shows resistance to Helminthosporium leaf spot and leaf spot. The crop is intended for grain production and is recommended for cultivation in the Steppe and Forest-Steppe zones.
