The variety forms a large rosette of dark green leaves that are elongated-oval or lanceolate in shape, with a surface that can be smooth, blistered, or wavy. The plant height varies from 20 to 80 cm depending on growing conditions, and the period from germination to technical maturity takes 25–50 days.

The plant possesses high frost resistance, which allows it to be used for overwintering in open field. The variety is relatively resistant to bolting when sown in the second half of summer or in autumn; however, it is sensitive to long daylight hours and high temperatures. The variety's leaves are distinguished by a tender structure and juiciness, suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, and culinary processing.
