The variety is an oriental-type spinach with smooth light-green leaves resistant to yellowing. The plant is noted for vigorous growth, especially in low-temperature conditions and during the winter period.
The variety possesses resistance to downy mildew (Peronospora effusa) races 1–7, 9, 11–18 and 20. It does not have resistance to race 19 and certain local isolates of this disease.
The variety is intended for professional cultivation and is suitable for sale on the fresh market and for the processing industry.
