The variety forms a vigorous plant with a compact, semi-erect leaf rosette 14–19 cm in diameter. The leaves are dark green, round or oval in shape with a rounded apex, have slight crinkling, and long petioles.
The plant is resistant to bolting and has relative resistance to diseases and pests. The variety shows good resistance to low temperatures and frost, suitable for all-season cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, especially for spring and autumn sowing.
The leaves are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing, and retain freshness during storage and transport. Prefers fertile loamy soils with a pH level of 6–7.5.
