Plant is vigorous, spreading, reaching 60–70 cm in diameter. Leaves are dark green, smooth, tender, up to 20–25 cm long. The variety is distinguished by a reduced oxalic acid content.
Early-maturing variety with a short growing season: harvesting of young leaves is possible 21–25 days after sowing, full rosettes after 35–45 days. The variety is cold-hardy, suitable for autumn sowing and overwintering in mild climates.
