Variety description

The cultivar has a narrow conical symmetrical crown with a diameter of 1–1.8 meters. Mature plants grow to 4–6 meters, with an annual growth rate of about 10 cm in height and 5 cm in width. The needles are scale-like, glossy, retain a bright emerald shade during the winter period and practically do not turn brown.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -34...-36°C, and is resistant to urban conditions. The shoots are directed upwards at an acute angle, which gives the crown density. The fruits are presented as sparse, small, oblong-ovoid brown cones.

The cultivar is undemanding, tolerates pruning well and adapts to various types of planting, including hedges and container cultivation. Young specimens require shading from spring sun rays to prevent burns.
